Qualifications and Experience
Significant prior experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant working for an executive manager or senior management team.
High level of written and oral communication skills including use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to use sound judgement, contributing to new ideas and continuous improvement opportunities.
Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, responding to stakeholder needs and expectations.
Integrity to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to develop objectives for short-term tasks and participate in strategic planning for longer-term initiatives.
