What You\'ll Do
* Brand Strategy & Identity - Develop powerful brand systems and comprehensive style guides
* Strategic Documentation - Design compelling tenders, proposals, and business materials
* Digital & Social - Create engaging social media content and email campaigns (eDMs)
* Multi-Channel Design - From signage and brochures to digital experiences
* UX/UI Design - Bring websites to life using Figma and Adobe XD
* Strategic Planning - Lead design thinking workshops and contribute to creative strategy
We\'re Looking For
* 5+ years of senior-level graphic design experience
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Adobe XD
* Strong brand development and strategic thinking abilities
* Collaborative spirit - you thrive in small team environments
* Versatility - comfortable with projects of all sizes and complexities
* Perth-based and ready for in-house collaboration
