About the Role
* Reverse market willing job seekers to local businesses.
* Create opportunities for job seekers through business development management.
* Ensure suitable roles are passed through to our Recruitment Administrator or Regional Account Manager.
* Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assist site in meeting placement and target outcomes.
* Facilitate group sessions at sites including information and job matching sessions.
* Engage with employers to arrange further training, wage subsidies, PPE, pre-employment checks and other requirements to successfully place job seekers into employment.
