We currently have an opportunity for an Insurance Account Manager to join our high performing insurance team in Adelaide.
A typical day may look like:
As an integral part of a well-established and highly successful Nutrien Ag Solutions insurance division, this role has responsibility for servicing and growing the Nutrien insurance business with the support of our partners.
The focus of your role will include:
4. Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management.
5. Dealing with client primarily on farm or business site to facilitate insurance meetings and grow the existing insurance portfolio.
6. Manage client insurance accounts including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management and general client enquiries
7. Offering additional products and services to clients as you manage the renewal process.
8. Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business.
9. Policy maintenance.
10. Driving growth thru new business opportunities

You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport and generate leads. While not a requirement, prior experience working in the insurance industry would be highly regarded
A strong insurance broking background and formal tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline would be advantageous and FSR Tier 1 training via a reputable industry body (e.g. ANZIIF, NIBA) would be highly regarded.
