About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll join a high-performing, results-focused sales team in Queensland, driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is your chance to shine by building strong, trusted partnerships and turning opportunities into wins. Your territory will cover Brisbane North, Sunshine Coast and Gympie with regional trips to Rockhampton and Gladstone. You'll collaborate closely with the wider sales team to leverage every advantage, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.

While previous dental sales experience is highly regarded, we also welcome applications from motivated dental professionals who are ready to transition into a sales career. Success in this role requires a growth mindset, strong work ethic, and a drive to exceed expectation. We're looking for someone who wants more than just a job and is committed to building a long‐term sales career.

What You'll Be Doing
* Smash sales targets by turning relationships into long-term partnerships
* Build trust with customers by delivering outstanding service and solutions
* Work closely with suppliers and product specialists to unlock new territory potential
* Stay ahead of the curve by tracking market trends, innovations, and emerging technology
* Manage stock, samples, and customer processes to ensure a seamless experience
* Be the face of the brand at exhibitions, events, and industry forums
* Share valuable insights through reporting and analysis to help shape smarter strategies
You'll Succeed In This Role If You Have
* Proven sales experience (dental industry experience is a strong advantage)
* Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
* Sharp commercial thinking and the analytical skills to make informed decisions
* A self-motivated, resilient mindset with a genuine can‐do attitude
* Confidence presenting products, running workshops, and engaging diverse audiences
* Strong computer skills, particularly in reporting, CRM, and sales analysis
