The General Manager provides strategic leadership and oversees high-quality service delivery across the APY Lands.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop business opportunities and maintain relationships with funding bodies, government agencies, and other Aboriginal organisations.
* Sponsor strong governance, accountability, and transparency in organisational operations.
* Foster a cohesive organisational culture focused on continuous improvement.
* Work closely with communities and service teams during frequent travel to the Lands.
About You
We seek an experienced leader who understands the complexities of working in remote communities and the importance of culturally respectful engagement.
Requirements
* A record of success in executive management, preferably within community services, local government or Indigenous organisations.
* Strong governance, financial management, and people leadership skills.
* A genuine commitment to supporting Anangu self-determination.
