About the Role
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Please note: During peak tax season (July & August), additional hours will be required, including every second Saturday.
* Greeting clients and visitors and directing them appropriately
* Answering phones and managing messages
* Booking appointments and managing diaries
* General clerical duties (filing, archiving, scanning, collating)
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email systems is essential for this role
* Liaising with clients, the Australian Taxation Office and other parties
* Banking and mail processing
* Preparing and issuing invoices
* Assisting staff with administrative tasks as required
* General office upkeep and supply management
About You
* Learn quickly and follow instructions accurately
* Work efficiently and maintain attention to detail
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrate professional phone manner and presentation
* Possess strong organisational and time management skills
* Be able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
* Have a positive attitude and team-focused mindset
* Hold a current driver's license
* Reception experience is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
