Job Role
Join Accenture's Utilities practice to support energy, water, and infrastructure clients through business and technology transformation initiatives. You will work closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology strategies and transformations across the Utilities industry.

* Support the delivery of business and technology transformation programs for Utilities clients.
* Analyze and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
* Work with delivery and technology teams to support successful implementation outcomes.
* Assist in managing project activities, risks, and client communications.
* Support business development activities, including proposal contributions and client presentations.
* Mentor and steer junior consultants and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Required Experience and Qualifications
* Experience supporting transformation, technology, or operational improvement projects.
* Experience in business process analysis and process improvement.
* Understanding of Utilities industry operations and business challenges, including impact of the Energy Transition.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience with AI and how AI impacts and transforms large organisations.
* Experience with Business Development and account management.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities.
* A minimum of 4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Points
* Exposure to Utilities platforms or transformation technologies.
* Experience with change management initiatives.
* Experience with Innovation strategies.
* Knowledge of energy transition or sustainability initiatives.
Security Clearance
* Current NV2 Security Clearance
Work Location
Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week.
