You will also supervise a team of catering staff, ensuring that all meals are prepared with exceptional quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities Preparing and cooking high-quality, nourishing meals for our residentsEnsuring adherence to safe food handling and infection control proceduresMaintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environmentManaging stock control, replenishing, and ordering as neededComplying with Juniper's Occupational Safety and Health standardsSupervising and providing direction to Kitchen HandsDelivering meals to clients in the Hopetoun and surrounding areas.
