About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our recruitment efforts across various business areas. This includes managing end-to-end recruitment processes, advertising career opportunities internally and externally, assessing and shortlisting suitable candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead recruitment efforts across multiple business units.
* Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to onboarding.
* Develop and maintain accurate interviewing and hiring records.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs.
* Drive awareness of our Employee Value Proposition.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
* Studying or degree in HR-related field (desired).
* Knowledge of P&C databases and candidate management systems.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
