Clover offers a one-of-a-kind approach to quick-service meals with ingredients sourced from local farms and businesses, prepared using fine dining techniques into delicious and affordable meals without freezers or microwaves.Our restaurants are run by a General Manager who builds and empowers a team to deliver great food and develops meaningful relationships with customers. 
As a General Manager, you will lead a team of up to 15 Clover employees and share financially in the profitability of the restaurant you run. 
We value our General Managers and encourage idea contributions that improve Clover.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Assistant Managers, Team Leaders and Team Members to provide the best possible service to guestsManage food cost and efficiencies aggressivelyActively recruit, orient, train and develop all in-store employeesExecute all administrative duties specifically cost control for food and laborManage promotions to help grow store sales and customer baseManage cashAssist in monitoring operations and carrying out corrective actionsUnderstand and follow all company policy and proceduresExecute and serve the BEST tasting foodAttend General Manager training classes and weekly Manager MeetingsJoin team in day-to-day restaurant dutiesQualifications3-5 years experience as a restaurant manager or executive chefExperience managing teams of 20+ServSafe & Allergen Awareness CertificationsDemonstrated ability to motivate and lead othersExperience developing strong culinary teamsAcute financial management skillsA passion for food, a positive attitude and a willingness to work to high standardsAble to stand for prolonged periods of time, and repeated walking, bending, stretching and occasional lifting (up to 50lbs), with or without reasonable accommodationAdditional informationDon't meet every single requirement?
