Lendlease SA is currently seeking a Quality Manager to join and support the delivery of our major pipeline of work in the Adelaide region.

As a Quality Manager with Lendlease you will prepare and manage the implementation of the Project Quality Management Plan, while also liaising with the Regional Quality Manager on matters such as audit planning, system compliance and documented management system development and improvements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Establish and implement the Project QA audit schedule and conduct audits of the project team to assess compliance with source requirements.
* Participate in external and internal audits as may be required.
* Assist Project Engineers with audits of suppliers, subcontractors and consultants when requested.
* Work with the Project Manager to establish and configure the Project Electronic Document Management System (e.g., ACONEX) in line with the approved Lendlease standard filing structure and contract requirements.
* Monitor and review the systems for ITP approval, calibration of measuring and test equipment, document and drawing control, and completion of construction quality records to ensure they are kept up to date.
* Provide quality reports for project reviews covering overall project QA performance, trends, and major or significant incidents or issues arising.

To Be Successful, You Will Need

* Minimum 7 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably within Tier 1 major construction projects.
* Degree in engineering, quality, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in a quality engineer or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 or industry‐specific standards.
* Experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA).
* Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and documentation skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‐functionally.
