Transport Insurance Manager Role

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure high-quality customer service.
* Mentor and develop staff through effective communication and performance management.
* Apply client business knowledge to meet expectations by providing tailored services.
* Develop strategies to lead renewal and broking efforts to meet client needs.
* Explore additional business opportunities from existing portfolios.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF).
* At least 5 years' experience in managing SME clients; transport experience highly regarded.
* Technical skills in General Insurance classes including Industrial Special Risks, Motor Fleet, Marine and Accident & Health.
* Prior experience in managing a small team.
* Strong working relationships with insurers and underwriting partners.
