Are you early in your administration career, confident with clients, and ready to step into a professional office where reliability and initiative matter?
We're a busy, well-established accounting firm seeking a full-time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to be the welcoming first point of contact for our clients and a steady, practical support across the office.
This role suits someone with around 1–2 years' experience who understands how an office runs, takes pride in doing things properly, and wants to continue building their skills in a professional services environment. It's junior, but not a trainee role.

About the role
You'll play a central role in keeping the office running smoothly and creating a positive client experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls
* Managing appointments and team calendars
* Handling emails, mail and deliveries
* Keeping the office and shared spaces organised and well stocked
* Providing day-to-day administrative support, including:
* Updating and maintaining client records
* Assisting with ASIC documentation and payment processing
* Supporting meetings (agendas, minutes, logistics)
* Liaising with suppliers and running occasional local errands
* Assisting the Head of Operations and professional team with ad hoc tasks

About you
We're looking for someone who is dependable, organised and keen to learn. You'll likely bring:
* 1–2 years' experience in a receptionist or administration role
* Strong customer service skills and a calm, professional manner
* Clear written and verbal communication
* Good attention to detail and time management
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and everyday office systems
* A strong work ethic, you follow things through and take responsibility
* Willingness to pitch in and support the wider team as needed
Experience in accounting, legal or other professional services environments is an advantage but not essential.
