Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Buyer to join our team on-site at our office located on the idyllic Gold Coast in Helensvale.
Responsibilities
Managing supplier and customer relationships
Forecasting and purchasing
Monitoring stock levels
Reviewing customer trends
Sourcing and onboarding new suppliers and products
Managing major account range planning in collaboration with retail buyers
Supporting inventory management strategies
Negotiation of contracts, costs and product allocations
Qualifications
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills to evaluate supplier performance and manage procurement processes.
Experience in supplier negotiations, purchase order management, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Knowledge of procurement processes and familiarity with supply chain management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.
Ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively within a team environment.
Relevant qualifications or experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management are highly desirable.
Excel proficiency and attention to detail.
Experience within the pop culture industry highly preferred.
A passion for tabletop games, collectibles, or gaming-related products is a plus.
