1. Position Licensed Plumber (Commercial / Mechanical / Hot Water / HVAC Plumbing) Employment Type: Permanent, full-time — direct employee of Edson (not labour hire)

1. Role Purpose To install, service and commission commercial and industrial hot-water and heat-pump systems, tanks, pumps, filtration, water treatment and associated hydraulic/mechanical plant.

1. Responsibilities - Installation and commissioning of commercial hot-water systems (heat pumps, SS tanks, circulation pumps) - Mechanical plumbing (CW / HW / HWR / drainage) - Installation of valves, sensors, controls and insulation - Commissioning, testing & sign-off (incl. documentation) - Liaison with Edson Project Managers and site Superintendents - Prepare Compliance Certificates (VBA)

Required Qualifications & Experience - Victorian Plumbing Licence - Experience with commercial plumbing (not domestic only) - Ability to read "Issued for Construction" drawings - Understanding of AS3500 & commercial hot-water compliance - Valid driver's licence Highly desirable: - Heat pump installation & commissioning - Legionella treatment / water quality exposure - Experience on large commercial mechanical sites - Backflow Prevention Licenece - Thermostatic Mixing Valve Licence / For Lift Licence

1. Skills Profile - High competency with hot-water system configuration - Mechanical aptitude for pumps, controls, pipework - Strong communication skills - Ability to work autonomously and manage subcontractors

1. Package / Salary Salary Range (Indicative): AUD $90,000 – $120,000 + super + vehicle + phone/laptop

1. Tools, Vehicle, Equipment - Company vehicle (ute) provided - Fuel card - Laptop + mobile phone - All major tools supplied (plumber provides hand tools)

1. Work Locations Primarily Melbourne Metro + projects in regional Victoria. Occasional interstate work (optional, not required).
