Neurodiverse Playhouse – Where Every Voice Is Valued
About Neurodiverse Playhouse
At Neurodiverse Playhouse, we do therapy differently. We provide neurodiversity-affirming, play-based speech therapy for Autistic and ADHD children, supporting communication, confidence, and meaningful connection—without trying to change who a child is.
Our purpose-built, sensory-friendly clinic spaces are designed to help children feel calm, capable, and in control. We specialise in AAC, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), play-based therapy, sensory regulation, and primitive reflex integration, working closely within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Due to growth, we're seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our warm and supportive Spring Hill team.

In this role, you will:
* Support children with speech, language, and social communication needs

* Implement AAC, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP), and speech sound therapy

* Coach and support families to build communication-rich environments
* Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Exercise Physiologists
