As a technical leader in software engineering, you will prioritize engineering excellence, refine processes, uplift maturity, and drive innovation. You will guide daily operations and strategic growth, fostering team capabilities, and champion and evolve the Software Engineering Practice, ensuring seamless collaboration across architecture and engineering domains.
Responsibilities
* Architecture and design of secure, scalable, and resilient software systems.
* Coach and mentor software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
* Support the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
* Identify areas for improvement in the software development process and drive strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in software engineering and a strong technical background.
* Deep experience across multiple engineering domains such as Cloud Engineering, Data Engineering, and Cyber Security Engineering.
* In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
* Comprehensive understanding of software architecture and design principles.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices in software engineering.
* Knowledge of security best practices and experience ensuring the security of software systems.
* Relevant bachelor's degree or higher (highly desirable).
* Relevant industry certifications in agile processes and cloud technologies (desirable).
* Outstanding communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for all stakeholders.
* A collaborative spirit that puts people first, processes second, and technology third.
* A curious learner, eager to expand knowledge, and results-driven to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
