Australian Citizens With NV1 Clearance residing in Australia only respondContract start 27 February 2023 To 6 months, possible extensions.Attorney-General's Department requires an experienced Organisational Change Manager.The Organisational Change Manager will work closely with the Program Manager to manage the business and APS change activities to ensure effective delivery of the business and APS capability and enable optimal realization of desired, measurable benefits.The Organisational Change Manager will apply comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices and theories as they relate to effective project and change management, with particular regard to PRINCE2, Agile and PROSCI methodologies.The Organisational Change Manager will develop Change Management Plans and relevant change artefacts to ensure the best outcomes for the relevant stakeholders; covering a holistic approach and using five change management levers to drive successful change, i.e., communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.The Organisational Change Manager will lead, manage and develop the strategy, implementation and evaluation of the project's benefit management plan and roadmap to ensure that the benefits are agreed with the Benefit Owner, and their realization is monitored progress against the milestones.As part of this role, the successful candidate will be required to deliver the following:Develop and deliver a Change Management strategy and plan for the project.Develop and deliver a communication management strategy and plan for the project.Work as a member of the project team to execute the agreed plan across all project stakeholders, where the plan will include (but is not limited to):communications for the projects,user engagement and participation,implementation of the future system,user training,support,business process improvement.Develop and deliver a change management plan structure and approach (including templates) that will assist stakeholders to subsequently develop their own internal change management plans for the project outputs.
