We are seeking highly skilled individuals to fill two key roles in our organization.


Key Responsibilities

* Senior Executive Support Officer:
o Provide high-level executive support to the Chief Executive and the Office of the Chief Executive.
o Manage complex diaries, deliver strategic projects, and enhance business processes.
o Maintain key relationships across departments and ministerial offices.
* Executive Assistant - Skills SA:
o Deliver comprehensive administrative and project support to the Executive Director, Skills SA.
o Streamline operations, manage high-level communications, and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of government operations and public sector protocols.
* Experience in procurement and financial processing.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.

Benefits:

* A competitive salary range of $85,790 to $95,143 per annum.

About the Roles:
