Servicing a large customer base and situated at our Klemzig office, the primary objective of this role is to process and administer sales orders, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and care.
Reporting to the General manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Internal sales to an existing customer base
- Data entry of customer sales orders
- Problem solving customer issues and problems
- Coordination with the warehouse to ensure orders are supplied as required
- Attending to customer phone calls and queries.
You will work within our existing team in a fast paced environment at Klemzig SA
This role is;
- Full Time
- Monday to Friday 8.00 to 4.30pm - No weekend work
- For the right person the job could grow to a external sales role
- Provides flexibility & stability
**About you**:
Along with your positive attitude and natural interpersonal skills, you will be able to demonstrate the following key characteristics:
- Excellent phone manner with highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- History in the Leisure marine industry, preferably with trailer boats.
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
- Ability work in a busy office with many priorities
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
