What's my Job?
You're a Senior Editor in the Production team. You'll take raw footage and transform it into something captivating, working your magic with editing, motion design, colour grading, and animation. But you're not just about the technical, you're a storyteller at heart, ensuring that the final product is compelling, on-brand, and hitting all the right notes.
Oh, and if you've got some AI experience or are curious about how it can streamline and elevate your work? Even better You'll have plenty of space here to explore with tools to enhance workflows and creativity.
You report to the Head of Production.
A Day in the Life
* Edit and refine video content from start to finish, turning raw footage into polished final cuts.
* Create motion graphics and animations that give our content an extra edge, making it feel dynamic and engaging.
* Colour grade like a pro, ensuring that each video matches the intended tone, mood, and style.
* Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure the storytelling, visuals, and message are aligned from start to finish.
* Stay organised in the post-production process, maintaining an updated archive, keeping track of edits, and ensuring all assets are clean and accessible.
* Keep an eye on trends and industry innovations (looking at you, AI) to keep our projects fresh and relevant.
* Deliver on-time, juggling multiple deadlines without skipping a beat and ensuring everything is done to the highest quality.
How will we know you are the one?
* You've got 4+ years of post-production experience under your belt, with a portfolio that shows it off.
* You've got strong technical expertise with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or other software that enables you to produce high quality work.
* Your attention to detail borders on perfectionism.
* Motion graphics and animation? You're all over it. You know how to bring static visuals to life and make them pop.
* You're a natural multitasker, able to manage multiple projects at once and deliver top quality work, even on tight deadlines.
* You love collaborating. Whether working with art directors, copywriters or producers, communication and teamwork are in your DNA.
* You're either already dabbling with AI tools or curious about how you can use them to streamline workflows and sharpen your creative edge.
