Salary: SAT CEO Band 4; annual salary in the range of $251,823; includes a fully maintained motor vehicle, plus superannuation.
Responsibilities
* Provide innovative and agile leadership to a talented team for the development and delivery of significant cultural events that balance quality, financial viability and participation.
* Provide independent and expert advice to the Minister and Board, working collaboratively with other agencies to ensure the Trust's brand is at the forefront of statewide engagement and participation, with an emphasis on regional arts and cultural experiences.
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the Trust and ensure effective governance in line with the Arts and Culture Trust Act 2021.
* Support the Board and Minister with strategic guidance and decision-making to advance statewide cultural asset development and care for future generations.
Remuneration and Term
This is a fixed-term position for up to 5 years with a competitive remuneration package.
