Offer description

Journe Brands' in-house brand, Ezystorage, has grown to become one of the world's leading houseware product design and development businesses, selling to big box retailers globally. We are seeking an experienced and driven Graphic Design Lead working within the Marketing team to elevate our brand experience both locally and globally.

About the Role

This isn't your typical graphic design role.

We're looking for someone who sees the bigger picture, a creative who's just as comfortable shaping brand strategy as they are getting hands on with the work. You have a sharp eye for design and emerging colour homewares trends, but you also understand what it takes to stand out in a competitive market.

You'll lead a small, talented creative team. Mentoring, inspiring, and setting the bar while staying close enough to roll up your sleeves and be on the tools. From packaging to digital content, you'll work closely with the brand Marketing Team on the visual direction across the Journe Brands portfolio, making sure everything we put out is cohesive, market‐leading, and built with purpose.

This is a real opportunity to leave your mark. You'll help define what Journe Brands looks and feels like, not just today, but for years to come.
