About the Role
Join our remote team dedicated to training and supporting our clients, helping them unlock the full potential of Newbook’s platform. We’re on the lookout for a superstar to join us full‑time, Monday to Friday.
While no two days at Newbook are the same, here’s a glimpse of how you’ll be supporting our clients:
- Providing expert guidance and support to clients by phone and email
- Troubleshooting and resolving support issues
- Guiding clients through how‑to questions and best practices within Newbook
- Logging and managing support cases to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve client experience
- Staying up to date on product updates and feature releases
About You
- You’re tech‑savvy with the basics – we’ll provide all the training you need on our system!
- You’re a creative problem‑solver who thinks outside the box
- You communicate clearly and confidently over the phone and email
- You’ve worked in a SaaS, IT, or software support environment
- You’re an excellent communicator who loves solving problems and helping others
- You’re confident in navigating cloud‑based systems and learning recent tech
- You have patience, attention to detail, and a calm, positive attitude
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or property management systems (e.g., NewBook, RMS, or Guesty) is a plus
