Key Responsibilities
* Compliance Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure regulatory compliance and excellence in external audits.
* Laboratory Oversight: Manage the in-house laboratory, oversee equipment calibration, and approve product releases for market readiness.
* Problem Resolution & Improvement: Conduct internal audits, identify critical non-compliance issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
* Team Development & Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing QA/QC team to drive quality excellence throughout the organization.
