Sunrise Health Service Aboriginal Corporation is an Aboriginal community-controlled health organisation. Our Health Centres service nine communities spread over 45,000 square kilometres in the Big Rivers region.
The Sunrise footprint covers vast untouched beautiful landscapes and welcoming locals eager to share their culture.
This role requires a dedicated professional ready to work in remote areas and make a significant impact on Indigenous community health outcomes.

* Coordinate the community-based health promotional team in designing, developing, and implementing activities, events, and community engagement initiatives that foster meaningful connections.
* Lead coordination of Health Promotion activities across communities, ensuring culturally appropriate approaches effectively address specific needs of Aboriginal communities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in coordinating community-based health programs or similar roles.
* Ability to develop and implement effective community engagement strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and experiences.
* Capacity to lead cross-functional teams and build partnerships.
