$111,598 to $121,126 pa + super + salary packagingWe’re looking for a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist to join our team based in Coolbinia on a full-time, permanent basis (part-time considered).In this role, you will:Lead the delivery of evidence-based therapy to customers living with disabilities, including assessment, intervention, reporting, and case management.Provide guidance and mentorship to enhance clinical support, professional growth, and team performance.Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team using the key worker model.Support a strong learning culture alongside Managers, Team Leaders, and Clinical Leads.Empower customers to achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach.Liaise with families and external supports (e.g., hospitals, agencies, schools, community services).Provide services in both hub and community settings.Experience in the following areas is valued but not essential – our dedicated team of Clinical Leads, Teams Leaders, and Clinical Managers will support you:Assistive Technology - Posture & Mobility and/or Sleep & Positioning.Functional Movement - Biomechanical, Gait, Spinal, Lower Limb, Respiratory.Essential Skills & QualificationsDemonstrated clinical leadership and excellence in the delivery of physiotherapy services.Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.AHPRA registration.Right to work in Australia.National Police Clearance within 6 months.Driver’s Licence.NDIS Workers Orientation Module.Working with Children Check.First Aid Certificate.We’re shortlisting immediately, so we would love to see your application as soon as possible.Ability WA is committed to empowering all people to realise their abilities and thrive in their communities.
