This virtual team will be managing 5 major sites across Australia and New Zealand, with the role requiring onsite work from our centralised hub in Oakleigh South, VIC. In this position, you'll deliver lightning-fast, accurate damage assessments, collaborate virtually with on-site teams and insurers, and ensure Tesla owners get back on the road with world-class service. Responsibilities
* Generate accurate body repair estimates using Dealer Management Systems, following Tesla-specific procedures and targeting 8-10 estimates per day.
* Document damages with photos, draft/order replacement parts from Tesla warehouses.
* Communicate proactively with insurance partners to submit claims, process supplementary estimates within 30 minutes, and secure approvals.
* Respond to emails, SMS, missed calls, and customer inquiries in under 30 minutes.
* Collaborate remotely with ANZ teams to handle state-specific variances, insurer protocols, and third-party assessments, while recording all data accurately in Dealer Management Systems.
* Adapt to fortnightly site rotations, manage high-volume queues, and contribute to team KPIs by optimising productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
* 2-3+ years of automotive/body repair estimation experience; relevant certifications (e.g., Panel Beating, Spray Painting, or Motor Mechanic qualifications).
* Strong knowledge of ANZ automotive repair standards, insurer procedures, and collision workflows.
* Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems, Microsoft Outlook/Office, and digital tools; excellent verbal/written communication for remote collaboration.
* Adaptable, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, organise workloads, meet deadlines, and solve problems independently.
* Keen attention to detail, customer service focus, and passion for innovative technologies.
* Proven ability to build cooperative relationships with teams, insurers, and the public.
* Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with API integrations, insurer upload platforms, or AI-driven estimation tools.
* Willingness to cross-train in management roles for career advancement and adaptability to high-volume demands or shifting priorities.
