Job Description What’s the role? This is a permanent, full-time role based in Gold Coast (or flexible location), with hybrid working arrangements available. Join our Lending Technology team supporting Westpac’s personal loan platform. As a Senior Technical Lead, you’ll play a vital role in application support, solution design, and delivery across our core banking systems. This includes contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our AS400-based personal loan system (ICBS) and ensuring system stability across integrated platforms. The role forms part of a 24x7 on-call production support rotation. What do I need? Strong experience with AS400, RPG, Control-M, and software deployment processesDeep knowledge of system design, interface integration, and production support in complex environmentsProven ability to lead delivery pipelines, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide technical teamsExperience in Agile delivery and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Kanban boardsBackground in lending systems or financial services is highly desirableWillingness to participate in after-hours support as part of a 24x7 shared roster Why join us?
