Job Title: Underground Senior Planning Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Underground Senior Planning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading underground mine planning and project studies to optimise life-of-mine strategies, cost modelling, and project delivery.

About the Role:
This role is responsible for providing technical expertise, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting safe, efficient underground operations to meet budget and production targets. You will lead underground project studies to support operational growth and efficiency, develop and review life-of-mine plans in line with business objectives, manage budgeting and cost modelling to ensure financial targets and operational efficiency, conduct project due diligence, identify risks, opportunities, and regulatory compliance requirements, plan and manage project timelines, resources, and milestones within budget and operational constraints, mentor and guide junior engineers, foster technical and professional development, provide technical support to operations, ensuring alignment with production goals and standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve mining methods, processes, and efficiency, prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management, and perform any other duties as required to achieve operational goals.

About You:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mining Engineering;
* 5+ years underground mining experience, 3+ years in planning;
* Knowledge of mine geology, geotechnical practices, and mining methods;
* Understanding of WA mining safety legislation;
* Competent in Deswik and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
* Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills;
* WA C/HR Driver's Licence, First Aid Certificate, Dangerous Goods Security Card.
