Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north. Key responsibilities include:
* Perform duties as part of a multi skilled pool of labour and participate in training to enhance skill levels to support the team.
* Undertake basic gardening, landscaping, cleaning and making tidy all facility gardens, grounds, paths, carparks.
* Clean and maintain main external public areas eg Main Entrance.
* Inspect and monitor grounds maintenance carried out by contractors at all facilities and interact with Coordinators and Contractors for quality outcomes and contract management.
Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $80 680 p.a., comprising salary rates: $34.02 - $35.66 p.h.employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (OOO3) (temporary position available for six months, 38 hrs p.f.).
