Job Opportunity


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our Director in the day-to-day running of their Wills and Estates practice.

* Liaising with clients and third parties
* Diary management
* General day to day file management
* Drafting estate planning and estate administration documents and correspondence
* Witnessing wills and other estate planning documents
* Providing general secretarial and administrative support

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

* A friendly, positive and empathetic attitude
* Strong administrative skills including fast and accurate typing
* Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high attention to detail
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
* Previous experience working in a legal or professional office environment (preferred)
* Experience with LEAP and PEXA (preferred but not essential)
