Job Title: Gardener / Property Maintenance Officer (Part-Time – 25 hrs per week)
Location: Bunbury & Surrounding Areas
Pay Rate: $40 – $50 per hour (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities
* Lawn mowing, edging, and general lawn care
* Garden bed maintenance and weed control
* Pruning trees, hedges, and shrubs
* Maintaining and troubleshooting irrigation systems
* High-pressure cleaning of driveways, pathways, and outdoor areas
* Removing green waste and maintaining tidy outdoor areas
* Identifying and reporting maintenance issues when needed
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
* Previous gardening or landscaping experience
* Knowledge of irrigation systems (essential)
* Must have own gardening tools and equipment
* Experience using high-pressure cleaning equipment
* Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
* Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple sites
* Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining properties
