**Job Opportunity: Global Planning Manager**
We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join our dynamic team, responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
This role involves managing regional demand and supply plans to ensure optimal stock availability and working capital performance. The successful candidate will drive the monthly S&OP cycle, coordinating with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Logistics.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the monthly S&OP meetings, ensuring data accuracy and highlighting risks and opportunities.
* Setting KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias, service level, airfreight spend) for each Planner and monitoring corrective actions.
* Standardizing planning policies, calendars, and templates across regions.
* Managing demand-supply reconciliation and presenting scenarios, capacity constraints, and financial implications during S&OP.
* Oversseeing demand forecasts for 12–24 months at SKU/channel/country level.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in leading end-to-end supply chain planning, experience with S&OP/IBP, and advanced Excel skills. A strong communicator capable of aligning diverse stakeholders is essential.

What You'll Bring
