What if you could put the customer at the heart of everything you do? We are seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join our National team as a Claims Consultant. Working in a team of Claims Specialists, you will be part of a supportive team pursuing excellence in customer service. As a Club Marine Claims Consultant, you’ll assist customers when they need us most, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and delivering a professional and courteous experience to every customer.
Responsibilities
- Processing all incoming insurance claims in accordance with legislative requirements
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries
- Develop customer relationships, understand customer requirements, and deliver a positive trusted customer experience
Qualifications / What’s important for success
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to optimise business value by delivering a positive customer experience to sustain and enhance the customer base
- Technical knowledge of relevant lines of insurance and associated legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making capabilities
- Ability to recognise, avert, manage, and escalate conflicts
- High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- General knowledge of boats will be highly regarded
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
