Key responsibilities
- Lead, improve and inspire our experienced warehouse team (20 people) day-to-day, ensuring order accuracy, speed, and safety
- Be physically present on the floor to support 3 team leads for Dispatch, Receipt & Put Away, and Operational Readiness
- Prepare and manage cost efficient rosters across full-time, part-time, and casual staff
- Work with the GM to identify and execute projects to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and negotiate better freight and packaging outcomes
- Use Excel and internal systems to analyse warehouse data, assess improvements (e.g. time & motion studies, cost / benefit assessments), and support decision making
- Actively participate in the company leadership team, contributing insights and supporting initiatives across departments (Marketing, IT, E-Commerce, Customer Experience and Finance)
- Uphold and role-model our SHINE values; foster a culture of support, accountability, and continuous improvement
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in warehouse operations and team leadership (ideally 3+ years)
- Analytical, with strong Excel & PC skills and the ability to interpret data for decision making
- Strategic, with an eye for continuous improvement and commercial impact
- Confident with inventory management / warehouse technology systems
- Culturally aligned, ready to bring SHINE values to life and contribute meaningfully to the leadership team
- Skilled at leading people, with the ability to motivate, coach and inspire strong performance
- Fit to perform the physical aspects of the role safely and effectively
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
