Marketing Coordinator Role at a Leading Hospitality Establishment
We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, marketing, and digital platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all hotel marketing efforts, from campaign execution to media relations, with the ultimate goal of enhancing brand visibility and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that support revenue and sales targets.
* Coordinate and manage marketing collateral, digital content, and social media platforms.
* Monitor, reply, and manage presence on review sites (e.g., TripAdvisor, Google Business, Booking.com).
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate content across the Hotel's website and digital platforms.
* Assist in media relations, including evaluating media opportunities and liaising with journalists.
* Attend marketing meetings, events, and promotional activities as required.
* Support reporting efforts by analyzing and preparing digital marketing metrics and campaign ROI.
* Administer marketing procurement including quotes, purchase requisitions, and invoice processing.
* Conduct competitor and market research to support strategy development.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, grooming standards, and WHS regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
* Tertiary education in Marketing or Communications
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in similar capacity
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Adobe Express, META Platforms, WordPress & select other digital platforms.
