From humble beginnings to over 40 million donuts sold, we're scaling fast—rolling out into 7‑Eleven and Bunnings stores nationwide and expanding our own retail footprint across the country. We’re known across Australia for our mouth‑watering range of donuts, pies, barista coffee, shakes and sweet treats—crafted with the highest quality ingredients and served with a smile.

The donuts don’t stop here though. We also own iconic wholesale brands like Doughnut Time, Mr.Donut, Anytime Donuts, and Bay Bakery. We’re spreading sweet & savoury vibes far and wide. You’ll find our treats stocked in some big names — Starbucks, Coles, Reddy Express, Woolworths, Ampol, and bp — so whether you're grabbing a coffee, fueling up, or doing the weekly shop, a donut fix, or savoury treat is never far away!

We’re also proud to say our donuts have hit the big screen — with recent collaborations alongside Netflix (Stranger Things) and Universal (Wicked –Part 2). Beyond our own range, we also manufacture for some of Australia’s favourite brands including Bistro Morgan, FROPRO, Mason Baker, and Tasty. At Daniel’s Donuts, we’re all about creating iconic treats that make every moment a little more fun.

We’re also super pumped to recently this year to be announced as the official donut provider of the AFL, serving club‑themed donuts at Marvel Stadium and across the country through our online store.

Things never stop here at Donut land, and we need someone to move as quick as we do!

And now, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help drive that next chapter of growth.

The Opportunity

The Sales Manager (NSW/QLD) is our donut‑powered growth champion across two of Australia’s biggest markets. You’ll lead and grow Daniel’s middle‑market accounts— from independent retail to food service, cafés, corporates, and distributors— all while building legendary relationships, delivering on commercial targets, and making sure Daniel’s stays front and centre in every cabinet across NSW and QLD.

This role blends smart strategic account leadership with hands‑on, sleeves‑rolled‑up sales action to drive sustainable growth and spread the Daniel’s magic far and wide.

The Gig

Sales & Account Management

- Own and grow Daniel’s middle‑market accounts across NSW and QLD—building relationships so strong they could hold a dozen jam donuts.
- Bring collaborative Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to life with retail partners (because great partnerships deserve great plans).
- Hit sales targets and design account‑specific growth strategies that deliver sweet results.
- Negotiate pricing, promos, and product listings like a true commercial pro.
- Partner with Marketing, Ops and Supply Chain to ensure seamless, ‘fresh‑daily’ execution of customer plans.
- Keep tabs on account performance, deep‑dive into data, and uncover new opportunities to help Daniel’s grow faster than a tray of rising dough.

Business Development & Market Growth – NSW & QLD

- Identify and win new business opportunities across both states—your radar for growth should be sharper than our cookie crumble.
- Expand Daniel’s presence by tailoring channel‑specific strategies for independent retail, food service, corporate, cafés, and distributors.
- Fly the Daniel’s flag at trade shows, industry events, and networking moments—spreading the brand love while making serious commercial moves.

Commercial & Strategic Contribution

- Share market insights and customer feedback to fuel smarter business decisions and spark new product innovation (your ideas could inspire the next fan favourite).
- Keep CRM and forecasting data accurate, tidy, and ready for action.
- Work closely with the National Sales Manager to sync regional plans with national commercial goals.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

- Align regularly with the National Sales Manager on strategy, priorities, and growth plans.
- Provide clear forecasts, commercial updates, and market insights.
- Share wins, learnings, and best practices with other regional teams to help drive national success.

Who You Are

- 3–5 years in Sales Management, Account Management, or similar—ideally in FMCG, food, or retail (a sweet tooth is optional but encouraged).
- Proven success managing and growing middle‑market accounts.
- Strong commercial chops with experience in forecasting, P&L; basics, and promo planning.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills—people genuinely enjoy working with you.
- Self‑driven, autonomous, and results‑focused—you don’t wait for the donuts to come to you.
- Analytical mindset with CRM and reporting tool experience.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across NSW and QLD (bonus if you know all the best bakery playlists).
