Position Available: Customer Support Officer 2x Casual positions
Location: Richlands
About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage incoming and outgoing communications, provide exceptional customer service, and direct administrative activities in the office while learning and growing their experience in the transport and logistics industry. If you're ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
* Working Monday to Friday. 2x shift times on offer - 10am-6pm & 8am-4pm
* Manage incoming and outgoing communications including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution
* Assist management and staff with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
* Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, assisting clients, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
* Work with various teams to ensure smooth operations
* Assisting with invoicing clients, tracking payments, and managing accounts receivable
* Assisting in implementing quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations
* Entering data into relevant systems, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records
Skills And Experience
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
* Assisting in implementing quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards
* Strong verbal and written communication, as admins often interact with various stakeholders
* Basic to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
* Capacity to identify issues and find solutions to challenges that arise in day-to-day operations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for interacting with various stakeholders.
* Aptitude for identifying issues and developing solutions to address challenges in day-to-day operations.
