Spiecapag Australia, part of the world-wide Vinci group, are seeking experienced Construction Managers, Superintendents and Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning/strategising all Pipeline Project construction activities including assessing personnel and plant and equipment resources required
- Executing the Project within budget and schedule
- Direction of all day-to-day Construction activities related to Pipeline and the interface with Client's Site Supervision
- Attending Project Management reviews and meetings (QC, HSE, planning, etc)
- The overall technical and administrative direction and performance of the Construction
- Evaluating the competencies of Construction Supervisors and assigning responsibilities accordingly.
- The ultimate control of planning, scheduling, and execution of Construction works
- Interfacing with specialist subcontractor teams to ensure their activities are in line with overall project requirements
- Ensuring that all policies and procedures are implemented throughout the Project
- Carrying out regular field trips to observe and evaluate conditions and performance of fieldwork.
- Organizing the Construction Department and defining the responsibility, authority, performance and interrelations of department personnel
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of two (2) projects as Deputy Construction Manager with minimum ten (202 years industrial experience, including (5) years in pipeline related industry
- Excellent management skills in construction
- Proven ability to drive and maintain operational improvements and efficiencies
- Strong people skills

**Salary**: $80,988.05 - $167,200.57 per year
