About The Position
As a Foreman reporting to the Project Manager, you will be managing and coordinating civil projects throughout Western Sydney. You will lead a team of Engineers and workers to ensure the successful delivery of projects, taking ownership of daily operations and driving results.
DUTIES
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Managing safety and quality assurance on-site
- Ordering materials and handling pre-start processes
- Organising and managing subcontractors effectively
- Leading your team to ensure high levels of productivity on a daily basis
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale civil projects
- Expertise in bulk/detailed earthworks, pavements, or utilities
- A strong understanding of technical specifications and drawings
- Experience in end-to-end project delivery
- The ability to drive productivity and performance from subcontractors
