Working on the largest and most exciting opportunities in the Real Estate market this role takes ownership of the end-to-end proposal development process - ensuring high-quality creative and client-focused submissions.This is a key role in the Business Development Centre in Australia a specialised team that provides strategic direction and execution of new business pursuits.
The role reports to the National Director Marketing & Communications for Australia and works in collaboration with a dedicated graphic design role.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full proposal process from planning and scheduling through to content creation and submission.
Analyse requirements and ensure proposals meet all specifications compliance needs and deadlines.
Coordinate contributions from service line teams.
Work with team graphic designer to create compelling visuals of content and messaging.
Draft content aligned to win themes and proposal strategy.
Help facilitate kick-off meetings storyboarding and reviews.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives uplifting our approach to pitching processes.
Work with teams on presentation content and delivery.
Qualifications
5 years of business development / tender / bid / submission experience within commercial real estate services or another related professional services sector.
Superior language skills with strong written verbal proofreading and editing abilities.
Ability to strategically approach processes methodologies and projects.
Exceptional project management skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines.
A friendly professional disposition with the ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
