About the role
Are you a detail-loving, deadline-smashing, invoice-sorting superstar? We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our busy and vibrant team! Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a high volume of debtor accounts, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our numbers add up — all while working in a supportive and energetic environment.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
- Juggling a high volume of debtor accounts like a pro
- Sending out invoices, statements, and friendly reminders
- Chasing down overdue payments (with charm and persistence!)
- Handling daily banking and receipts
- Reviewing credit applications like a financial detective
- Helping customers with invoice queries (you’re the hero they need!)
- Allocating remittances and entering data with laser focus
- Supporting month-end reporting — because you love a good deadline
