Your Future Position
Due to sustained growth, we are seeking to increase our audio technician team with people looking to take the next step in their career. This role will work with both the customer and the technical and operational teams to ensure the successful delivery of event communications projects.
Become a part of the events team and play a key role within the group putting your experience into play whilst increasing your knowledge and skills in communications required for events.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking system prep/de prepping, including configuration and programming.
- Carrying out on-site technician work, including deployment and delivery of audio and comms systems for events.
- Interfacing on a regular basis with customers and project delivery teams.
- Creating job bookings in Current-RMS coupled with tracking inventory.
- Assisting with maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
About You
Ideally you will have:
- 3+ years’ experience with communications and pro audio systems for live events
- General knowledge and understanding of ‘signal flow’.
- Experience with current RMS software or similar.
- Ability to multi task and prioritise daily work schedules.
- A capacity to balance the need to operate independently or work as part of a team, as various tasks may require.
- Experience working in an events industry of either audio, audio visual or communications.
- Work unsupervised to meet deadlines while working well under pressure
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
