Our Retail Banking Services team delivers a seamless banking experience to more than 10 million personal and small business customers, serving local communities for over 100 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Have in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking and Financial Advice.
- Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance and process applications for credit products.
- Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs and identify opportunities.
- Educate and demonstrate in‑branch technology and digital banking options to customers.
- Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing processes, procedures and a risk‑averse culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
- Robust question‑asking, solution‑finding, integrity and customer‑centric approach.
- Ability to work in a busy, commercially driven retail environment.
- A genuine interest in building a career with Commonwealth Bank.
