About the Opportunity
This role involves working within an established high-performing VIC Service Team, servicing and maintaining complex building automation systems and associated equipment.

Primary Responsibilities
* Supporting daily operations for breakdowns and contract servicing
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, implementing solutions
* Quoting and managing small projects
* Performing system diagnostics on BMS controls and HVAC systems
* Timely fault analysis and resolution of technical issues
* Servicing and maintaining installed equipment on existing sites

Candidate Requirements
* Experience with Building Performance, Energy Efficiency Solutions, and mechanical building services
* Skills in IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration
* Minimum 5 years' experience in building controls post-apprenticeship
* Operational experience in commercial HVAC
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Passion for safety identification and resolution at the frontline
* Electrical or restricted electrical license preferred
