The Role
We're looking for a motivated Junior Contract Administrator to join the BGI team. You'll work closely with our project and business development teams to support contract management, tendering, and project administration across a diverse range of building maintenance. and Industrial projects. This is a hands-on role with real exposure — not a filing job.
What You'll Be Doing
• Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, subcontracts, and variations
• Support tender submissions, RFQ responses, and pre-qualification documentation
• Maintain project registers, progress claims, and correspondence logs
• Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and clients on contract matters
• Track deliverables, milestones, and contractual obligations
• Support the team with document control, reporting, and general project admin
What We're Looking For
• Some background in construction, contract administration, or project support (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and project management tools
• A proactive, can-do attitude — someone who wants to learn and grow
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Business, or similar (desirable but not essential)
