The Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join their Policy, Programs and Engagement Division. This is a unique opportunity to drive national programs and portfolio priorities while fostering collaborative networks based on trust.
Within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), you will be instrumental in embedding the Agency's Project Portfolio Management Framework (PPMF). This involves supporting the Centre of Excellence and uplifting project delivery capability across diverse programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of the Program and Project Management Centre of Excellence.
* Partner with the EPMO to embed consistent project management practices across the Agency.
* Mentor and coach project staff, contributing to training and capability uplift.
* Coordinate workforce planning and recruitment for project teams.
* Provide expert guidance on project delivery and strategic alignment.
* Engage with stakeholders to promote best practice and continuous improvement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in program and project delivery within public sector, ideally in digital health or complex environments
* 5+ years' experience in medium to large projects
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications such as PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, or PMP highly desirable
