Compliance Specialist
This role is focused on ensuring regulatory compliance, child safety, workforce integrity and continuous quality improvement across various services. The Compliance Specialist will play a crucial part in maintaining our organisation's robust governance framework.
* Ensure ongoing adherence to NDIS Practice Standards, Child Safety Standards, WHS obligations and associated regulatory frameworks.
* Review incident reports, shift documentation and internal records to identify reportable events, trends and emerging compliance risks.
* Maintain compliance registers, audit schedules, risk logs, incident trackers and regulatory reporting documentation.
* Provide high-level executive support including correspondence, briefing notes, board papers, reporting packs and document control.
* Act as a central coordination point between operational management, Compliance and Human Resources.
* Maintain exceptional standards of data governance, document integrity and regulatory traceability.
